I was supposed to take a picture of my now, without primping or anything.  But I have no web cam connected to my laptop, so I'm a tad too lazy for that.  Besides, I haven't brushed my hair at all in 2 days (I did wash it today, but didn't brush it), and 2 erupting pimples.  So yea, you don't want to see me.  =P

What is your current obsession?

Mascara - I love buying and trying new mascara.

What is your weirdest obsession?

Ear wax.  I'm intrigued at wet earwax, since growing up, only my mom and sister had wet earwax.  I've always had dry earwax.

Diddy Reise Cookies!  If any of you are LAers, and never had diddy reise cookies, call me and I'll bring you some.  MmMM

What would make today special?

If somehow my kitchen shelves were magically lined and all my boxes were magically unpacked.

What would you like to learn to do?

Decorating.  My new apartment is so plain!

Baked Mineral Foundation from FunkeyMonkey on Etsy, Jasmine Honey solid perfume and bath salts from SpaGoddess.  Like, I had just bought it an hour ago.  =P

What are you listening to right now?

The TV.  Hubby's watching ESPN's coverage of the Lakers win.  =D

What is your favorite weather?

It depends on my mood.  Half of the time I like it cloudy and cool, other times I like a little bit of sun.  I think I'd like Portland or anywhere in Oregon, as it's not so sunny.

What is your most challenging goal right now?

Exercising constantly, eating healthier, and keeping my apartment clean!

If you could swap lives with anyone for one day who would it be and why?

Mr. Jay of ANTM, so I can boss those skinny biatchs/model-wannabes around!

French.  It just sounds super sexy!

What do you look for in a friend?

Honesty, non-judgemental, encouraging, talkative (well, not someone who just talks a lot, but someone I can talk about a wide range of topics with), and loves books!

Who do you want to meet in person?

Everyone!  For some odd reason, living in LA hasn't really meant that I've met celebrities.  I've met like, NOBODY, despite going to the high school where 90210 (old class), Buffy, and tons of other teen movies were filmed, then going to UCLA.  My friend had class with James Franco!  I had class with your future doctor/vet/pharmacist.

If you had $100 now what would you spend it on?

The new Chanel glossimers, a Dior palette, and if there's any left over, a new blush brush or powder blush

Mika Fujimori - my 3rd sis' bff who will be a fashion force to be reckon with!

Do you admire anyone’s style?

Angelina Jolie.  I love her cat eyes.  In all honesty, I don't notice STYLE as much as makeup.  =D

Describe your personal style.

Like above, I don't really bother with STYLE.  I wear whatever is comfy and simple.  My fav. outfit was labeled as "Sunday Brunch" before though, so I guess my style is "Sunday Brunch."

What’s your favorite ice cream flavor?

Mint and Chip - hands down, but I also like Cherry Garcia and fruity sorbets.

What is your favorite makeup brand?

Hands down, NARS.  If I made more money, I'd own a lot more NARS products.

Blush, gloss, mascara, foundation (and bb cream), concealer, bronzer

Last Thursday I had the opportunity to attend Dove’s Visibly Smooth Summer Soiree, hosted by BellaSugar and Dove, with Giuliana Rancic as the celebrity guest, at The Roosevelt Hotel in Hollywood. It was a really relaxing event with nice music, tons of yummy cheese, open bar, manicures, pedicures, and piticures. Oh yea, it was my first ever invitation only beauty event, so I was super excited and giggly. Me? This nerdy lab tech? No way!

Nope, I didn’t mistype. They had piticures. What’s a piticure? Like a pedicure, a piticure focuses on exfoliating your pits and relaxing the areas around like – your shoulders, upper back, forearm, and hands. Okay okay, in other words, it’s a wonderful but way too short massage where at 1 point, the massage therapist hands you a Dove Exfoliating wipe to clean and exfoliate your underarms, then hands you their new Ultimate Visibly Smooth Deodorant in either Wild Rose or Natural Fresh to freshen up your pits. The massage was heaven, but like I said, way too short.
