    Shopping Tips

You what what's good and bad about being a shopaholic with access to internet? Bad: everything you can possible want is online and easily bought. Good: Well, it's not really a good, more like a redemption, but you can ease your conscience easily by only getting things with online coupons and deals.

I've found that there are 2 ways of finding coupons and deals for online stores. You can go to your favorite store's website and sign up for their mailing list, which would end up with you deleting every single one of their e-mails (which I do because it gets to be a pain), or you can go to a website like CouponChief.com. I love bags in general, which all of you guys should know by now. I'm also on the broke side, which all of you guys also know. But with CouponChief.com, I can find discounts for great items on eBags.com, which feature every single type of bag you can possibly want at an already discounted price. They really do have all different types of bag, and they're nicely organized. You can searched for a bag pack with a secure iPod holder, and voila, it's there. I wanted a laptop case for my 12" iBook, and it's just incredibly easy to search for it. I ended up getting this gorgeous black bag with a blue sleeve inside for $40, which is a really great deal. People think I spend so much money on that bag, but I didn't. It also looks professional, which is great for someone like me who needs to look more like an adult.

There's a BUNCH of great deals for eBags.com on CouponChief, so head on over. And of course, if you want opinions or someone to help you shop, just e-mail/IM me. Although eBags.com has a really extensive Reviews section, so you may not really need my help.

You Don’t Like Your Nail Polishes

    By GloriaYangBB · May 20, 2007 · 0 Comments ·

    What do you do?

    1. Get an eyeshadow you like

    2. Grab some clear nail polish

    3. Use a brush to tap out small particles of the eyeshadow of choice

    4. Use polish to pick up some eyeshadow

    5. Paint and smooth it out on your nails!

My sister asked me to do the smokey eye make up for her on Sunday so she can do it this weekend for her bf's parents' 50th (yep, 50th!!) anniversary party. She brought this beautiful Dior palette (yes, i love Dior palettes!) with the gorgeous plum purple hue, a shimmery black shadow, a shimmery peachy shadow, a gorgeous white highlighter, a pale light blue shado

w (I didn't use it), and a gorgeous light shimmery purple. I wanted to steal the palette from her, but I'm a nice sister. Or actually, she's a nice sister who bought me a dress for graduation/banquet, so I can't steal anything from her.

I used the purple shadow all over her eyes, with emphasis on the lash line and the crease. Then I took the black shadow, wet it a bit, and lined her top and bottom lashes thinly. I blended the top outter crease of her eyes with the peach color to bring out her eyes a bit, and finished everything by highlighting her brows with the white highlighter.

I topped everything out with a gorgeous pinky blush mixed with a subtle bronzer, and subtle pink lip gloss.

She has the pictures on her laptop, but I will put it up whenever she uploads them. She was like, "whoa, it's so pretty!!"

And yes, I'm very proud of myself. =D
