Hi Guys,

I'm so sorry for the delay!  My internet finally got installed, and of course, there's drama involved.  We had scheduled the cable company to come out on Sunday, before the Lakers game, to install the cable.  2 guys showed up, and they were super lazy and just said that they couldn't find signal.  They fed all these BS about how they have to go into my neighbors' units and what not.  So fine, whatever, come back tomorrow.

Another guy showed up today, and within minutes, he had our cable connected!  He said the guys that came out yesterday were stupid and lazy, and he didn't even need to go into any other units.

To win, tell me what you're looking forward to most this summer, and what you're most dreading?

This summer, as with every summer, I'm most looking forward to 4th of July as well as my birthday!  I'll be going to the 4th of July Block Party my parent's block hosts every summer.  I normally skip the morning section, but at night, there's a huge outdoors pot luck where all my neighbors just showcase their yummiest creations.  Afterwards, everyone plays BINGO, with prizes donated by all the neighbors.  1 neighbor either owns or is related to the owner of Kings Hawaiian, so we always get yummy sweet Hawaiian bread rolls!  At 9, we all set up our chairs to face the nearby park and watch fireworks!

Then there's also my birthday, and while I'm skipping out on Vegas, I'm definitely doing something fun!  I'm thinking of going to Benihanas, which I've never ever been!!

As to what I dread the most?  The heat.  I hate getting sweaty and smelly, and I hate hate hate it when my face starts to sweat as I'm applying makeup!  It's soo gross!!!!!

Edit:  Oops, forgot to write when the contest ends.  I'm ending this on Friday, June 5rd, at 5 PM (Then day I get my keys to my new apartment)!  I'll have the hubby choose the random number, and mail it on Monday of the following week.  Good luck and keep the stories coming!!
